Materials such as: TITANIUM, TITANIUM ALLOYS, NITINOL, STAINLESS STEELS, GOLD, PLATINUM, PLATINUM ALLOYS, VITREOUS CARBON, CARBON FIBER COMPOSITES and several biocompatible PLASTIC MATERIALS can be transformed into miniature components for Medical Devices. Mechanical and chemical deburring, mirror like surface polishing or surface treatments are currently processes in use at GI ESSE TECHNOLOGY. Volume production of up to several thousand pieces per month, with 100% quality control screening, will not stress the GI ESSE TECHNOLOGY manufacturing capabilities.
