GIESSE TECHNOLOGY
It has acquired enormous experience in the construction of metallic and DFT insulated multipolar coils/conductors to build a new generation of conductors for pace makers and implantable defibrillators.
To meet the needs of some of our customers, GIESSE TECHNOLOGY has developed the complete production capacity for:
-Coil for cardiac stimulation -Micro small metal parts to build catheters
-Molding of silicone components such as sleeves, connectors, barbs
- multipolar coils for NEURAL STIMULATION in DFT
- multipolar coils for MUSCLE STIMULATION
- multipolar coils for GASTRIC STIMULATION(*).
- SPINDLES and PROBES for the introduction of coils.
GIESSE TECHNOLOGY can create coils, mandrels and probes of any complexity and in any quantity, starting from a few prototype units up to large volume production.
All products can be offered wholesale, packaged and sterilized (ETO or Radiation) depending on the customer’s needs.
Conductor Material:
ELGILOY, MP 35N, DFT.
Conductor wire pretreatment:
DIAMOND DRAWING, STRESS RELIEVING, POLISHING.
Conductor Insulation:
NUDE or COATED (colorless or color coded ETFE or TEFZEL 210).
Conductor redundancy:
from 1 up to 8 COWOUNDED wires.
Coil diameter
as small as.4 mm with an accuracy of +.02 mm.
Coil shaping:
STRAIGHT, "J" SHAPED, COMPLEX SHAPES, DIAMETER MODULATION.
Coil assembly:
SINGLE, COAXIAL, PARALLEL COWOUNDING (insulated wires).
GI ESSE TECHNOLOGY is equipped to internally perform stress and fatigue tests on prototypes and on each production cycle.
