GIESSE TECHNOLOGY has more than 30 years of experience in treating and coiling metal wires. Almost all processes used in the manufacturing of these components were originally developed, and have been continuously refined, inside the Company.

Proprietary PRE-COILING wire treatments, as precision DRAWING and POLISHING, using diamond dies; COILING techniques, such as precise lubrication and differential control of wire tension; and POST-COILING heat treating for stress relief are the primary reasons of the HIGH QUALITY and LONG TERM RELIABILITY that make our medical coiled conductors simply "superior".

GIESSE TECHNOLOGY has also developed a process to permanently shape coiled conductors, which do not leave residual strengths or stress inside the component.

GIESSE TECHNOLOGY has applied the same technology and accuracy to manufacturing straight and shaped mandrels and guide wires for catheter control.
