GIESSE TECHNOLOGY
Founded in 1968, it is located in Cogoleto, a small town on the western Ligurian Riviera, 30 km from Genoa.
The Company rapidly achieved a leading position in manufactoring of precision draw wires and components for electrical resistors. Since 1978 GIESSE TECHNOLOGY has progressively oriented its activities in the biomedical field, serving several Manufacturers of implantable medical devices as OEM components supplier, in particular coils manufacturing for pacemakers leads, wich production now reaching a volume of 100,000 units/year.
Reliability, continuous innovation and optimal quality/price ratio have been the key to the company’s success. The know-how acquired in over 30 years of research and development within its laboratories has allowed the acquisition of many technologies and manufacturing processes used for the current production of medical devices.
Materials or processes are not a problem for GIESSE TECHNOLOGY. Metal, plastic or exotic new materials can be machined, molded, coated or surface treated at any level of size, accuracy and dimensional precision.
The design, development, tests, clinical studies, production process and customer assistance are strictly regulated and monitored by a Quality System certified in accordance with ISO 13485-2016 by TÜV RHEINLAND and are entirely carried out at GIESSE TECHNOLOGY.
